1.  About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Paint & Pearls Craft Boutique website.

They are intended to explain clearly how we deal with orders, personalised products, payment, delivery, cancellations and returns.

Orders placed through Etsy may also be subject to Etsy's applicable terms and policies.

2.  Our Products

We create personalised gifts, wedding crafts, laser-engraved products, sublimation products, personalised clothing and other bespoke handmade items.

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, engraving, material and appearance may occur.

Product photographs are intended to give you an indication of the finished product.  Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

4.  Personalised & Bespoke Orders

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

This includes:

• Names
• Spelling
• Dates
• Wording
• Numbers
• Colours
• Sizes
• Photographs
• Other information supplied for personalisation

We will use the information provided by you when creating your order.

If incorrect information is supplied by the customer and the product has been made correctly according to those instructions, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

If the error was made by us, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

5.  Design Proofs

For somebespoke orders, we may provide a design proof for you to check before production.

Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, names, dates and other details.

Once you have approved a proof, production may begin.

Changes may not be possible once production has started.

6.  Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on the relevant product listing.

Any applicable postage or delivery charges will be shown before you omplete your purchase.

Payment must be received before an order is produced unless another arrangement has been agreed with us.

7.  Delivery

Orders are posted to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Processing and dispatch times will be shown on the relevant product listing or agreed with you for bespoke orders.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and item and contact us as soon as possible.

8.  Cancellations & Returns

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you may generally have a statutory right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

Personalised or bespoke products made specifically to your requirements may be excluded from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required legal standards.

9.  Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please provide photographs where appropriate so that we can understand the problem.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

10.  Craft Fair Purchases

Products purchased directly from Paint & Pearls Craft Boutique at a craft fair are treated differently from online distance purchases.

There is generally no automatic 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for purchases made in person.

However your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty or not as described.

11.  Etsy Orders

Orders placed through Etsy are subject to Etsy's applicable terms and policies as well as applicable UK consumer law.

If you have a problem with an Etsy order, please contact us through Etsy where appropriate so that we can assist you.

12.  Customer Supplied Images & Designs

If you provide photographs, artwork, names, wording or other material for a personalised order, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission to use that material.

We reserve the right to decline an order where we reasonably believe the requested material may infringe another person's rights or may be unlawful.

13.  Our Designs & Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, photographs, graphics, wording and other content created by Paint & Oearls Craft Boutique remain the property of the business.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially use our original designs or photographs without permission.

14.  Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in place when you place your order.
